Message: This review is tough to write. I started using this cleaner shortly after my other cleaner decided to retire and close his business. On my second trip to Cleaners Plus, they lost 7 shirts and 3 pairs of pants. Of course, I was initially very frustrated. However, after they did their best to find my clothes, they sent me a check to replace the clothes that were missing.
